I'm all about that family life! I’m a mom of three beautiful children and I’m married to the funniest guy on the planet- I’ll be laughing well int my 90’s with this guy. Leila, my big girl, is 6 years old. Sol & Teo, my sweet twinsies, are 3.
I started my journey back in May 2016. My twins were 8 months old and my daughter was 3 1/2. I really struggled after having my twins and feeling like I was just failing everything- failing my daughter, failing my boys, failing my husband, failing my friends, failing myself. It was a pretty dark time of my life and I was stuck. I started noticing my husband's cousin posting about her health and fitness journey and I was so inspired...well, first I was really jealous- like, how did she have time to take care of herself? She was a mother of two (now she's has 3!) and she's a full time labor and delivery nurse but she balanced it all so gracefully. I watched her and watched her. One day I decided it was MY time and I haven’t looked back. The tools we use in our groups have completely changed my life. This system has taught me that it's okay to take care of ME. It's actually vital. It's survival.
So, here I am today. I'm not a perfect mom, wife, sister, or friend but I'm happy, I'm healthy, and I'm doing the best I can. I spend time taking care of myself every single day and I’m strong and healthy. I can be the best mom when I take care of me and my 3 little ones NEED me to make myself a priority.
All of this is what I want for each and every one of you. I want you to FEEL good and I want you to learn how to take the best care of yourself so that you can enjoy life. Whatever your goals are for this journey, MY goal for you is to learn to really appreciate and love yourself... once you do that the rest is easy peasy!
Hello! I am a mom of two girls and married to my lovely wife Shannon. We live in Seattle Washington and are a family who loves to spend time together and keep busy! If I get alone time, I love reading books - of any kind, visiting with my friends and I love me some reality TV - can’t live without MTV (side note, isn’t it odd that that channel went from music videos to reality tv?!).
At the beginning of 2018 my wife and I gave each other new years resolutions. Mine for hers was to stop swearing (she comes from law enforcement - it’s in their blood), and hers to me was to love myself again. When she said that I felt really sad. Sad because I don’t think I realized how unhappy I really was until she said that. So, I did what I needed to do. I dove into health and fitness. I read books, blogs, POD casts, signed up as a coach, committed to an 80 day program, didn’t cheat on my nutrition and through all that, found my way back to loving myself. I’ve never been happier (because I know what self care looks like now), lighter (because I’ve lost 40lbs) and now I want to help inspire other women. You deserve it as much as I did.

Hey, everyone!! My name is Stephanie...I am a 38-year old, mother of three daughters (ages 6 and under!), a full time labor & delivery nurse, a wife, a friend, a coach, a daughter, sister, etc. Health & fitness are such a HUGE part of my life...SO much more for my sanity, than my vanity! My daily workouts are that little bit of time EVERY day that I get to use to fill my cup, to pour into me, to put myself first, so that I can then be the best for everyone else.
Nutrition is ALWAYS my downfall & my struggle. I’ve been working out since high school, active since I was a child…however, I like to eat! A lot. Especially when I’m bored, when I’m stressed, when I’m tired. I really struggled postpartum to get the weight off & find my confidence, so when my bestie invited me to her challenge group, I had to say yes! I had to make a change, if I wanted a change, right?? And did it change my life ever!!! Despite those pregnancy pounds that won’t go away, I am healthy, strong, and confident! But more than that, I’ve gained a tribe of the most amazing women for support & accountability along the way (the secret to success!), something I didn’t really realize was missing!
So here I am, still doing my daily workouts, doing better with my nutrition (but I still struggle!), and helping women like my bestie did for me! My goal as a coach? To keep myself accountable, to use this platform not only to help me live MY best life, but to help as many other women do the same, as well!
Hey! My name is Kelsey and I am a Pacific North West (PNW) born and raised, Montana living mama of three. When I'm not wrangling 3 wild boys I am a newborn and maternity photographer. I think nothing in this world is better than coffee and chips and salsa, obviously not at the same time. I love me some good 90's boy bands and love going to country concerts. My favorite place in the world is the San Juan Islands. I love spending time with my family and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. I also think the worlds greatest invention is yoga pants!
My fitness journey started out like many. Pregnancy left me with a grateful fulfilled heart but an unrecognizable body . After 2 more babies I was in a dark hole , and didn’t know how to not eat like a pregnant lady . Thankfully I found a system and workouts that help me live a life with my favorite foods , bomb workouts all in the comfort of my own home . This has been the biggest blessing for me . As a mom of three I had zero me time , and now 48 pounds later I’m ready to help other women do the same !
Hey, Y'all! I’m a boy mama from Austin, Texas who gets my sweat on in my living room. I love sharing my family’s health and wellness journey and you can always count on a dance party after a workout!
In 2018 I was 6 months postpartum and looking for a way to lose weight. I remembered a mom working out with her son in a video online and I thought “I can totally do that too!”
The first time I pressed play I quit 10 minutes in, I felt hopeless. The second time, I got a little further not giving up. Each day I committed to showing up for me, working a little harder than the day before. Before I knew it working out became a part of my daily routine embracing my progress day by day. I started to struggle with consistency and as if on cue a friend reached out about her accountability group. I SAID YES. I found myself surrounded by a tribe of women who inspired and empowered me.
I felt like I had been passed this treasure map to a happy balanced life that is imperfectly perfect for me! It wasn’t some top secret formula and I knew I had to share it with anyone and everyone I could. Currently, I am taking the steps to build wellness habits that compliment my fitness routine pursuing my own version of a happy life - mind body and soul.
This journey has no finish line, no one person’s treasure map is exactly the same. You win one day at a time and the possibilities are endless. Who says you don’t deserve your own version of dance parties in your living room!? Join me in creating a health and wellness routine that is realistic for your daily life. I look forward to walking beside you.
I’m a wife and a mother to two little girls (Stella and Scarlett) Like most women I feel like I've been on a health and fitness journey for most of my adult life. I've always been active and eating healthy has always been a priority but after having Stella I felt like I hit a dead end. Things that worked before becoming a mom just didn't work anymore. I had less time for myself and my priorities changed. I felt lost- I was rundown, exhausted, and felt defeated.
I saw a friend figuring out how to balance her own health with her young children and she invited me to join her. I was able to lose the rest of my baby weight, found so much comfort in doing this alongside other amazing women, and learned that making my health a priority is an important part of motherhood.
It's a huge gift to be able to show my girls what happy, healthy, and confident look like. My journey started in 2017 but it's not over yet. What's worked for me has changed my life and become a passion of mine. I can’t wait to share this journey with each and every one of you!
Hey y’all! I’m a wife to my best friend and the most handsome man I’ve ever seen, and I’m a mom to two beautiful babes, Warren and Rose.
Ive always been a chronic dieter, I would stop and start, literally every week. It was gross. I also bought gym memberships, and would never go! At one point my gym was right next to the Clinic I worked at, literally 20ft away, and I didn’t go! I was never over weight, but I was the girl that wanted six pack abs, and a Kim Kardashian booty, but I was also the girl not willing to put in the work to get there. THEN I got pregnant with my son, I gave into every craving and found myself 70lbs over weight. It wasn’t until a year after I had my son, and was pregnant with my daughter that I told myself “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Stop being a miserable human, and get it together, your not going to get the results you want by sitting on the couch binge watching Pretty Little Liars”. I did these “silly” at home workouts, and fueled my body instead of eating out of habit, my entire pregnancy. I was glowing, I was toning, and I was happy! I was cleared to workout right after delivery, and i jumped right back in. 5 months after having my baby girl, my body was different, in the best ways, and I knew I had to share my journey with other women who struggled like I did.
Although I don’t have a six pack, or a Kim K booty, I have a body that birthed two amazing little humans, and can crush rounds of pushups, and triple bears (You’ll find out soon enough)! Thats what I want to do for you. I want to change your body ideals, your mindset on dieting, and help you be the best Mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, human, and truly change the way you feel inside and out.
I am an early childhood educator and currently a stay at home mama to my two beautiful boys, Cooper and Oliver!
Struggling with motivation and my own self image, I reached out to my coach Emily after my first son turned one and I’ve never looked back! Through another pregnancy and beyond I’ve been able to take what I’ve learned through these programs and turn them into the healthy habits and a sustainable and joyful lifestyle. Even after a harder second pregnancy and postpartum period I knew what I could do to get back and I’m in the thick of my comeback!
I love sharing these program with others and helping them achieve their goals for themselves as well. It’s something I’m passionate about and hope that others can feel that too!
Hello there! I’m a 36-year-old mama of two little girls (5 and 2), a dog mom (my first baby), and a wife to a super amazing hubby. I’m a part-time dental hygienist and my family loves to travel (with kiddos it’s always an adventure!). Needless to say, we stay busy!
Growing up and all through college, my life revolved around sports. I’ve always enjoyed working out but after becoming a mama I just couldn’t figure out how to fit it into my life. So I didn’t…for years.
I was a fast food addict who was surviving on convenience food and caffeine and never making any time for self-care. I felt like I was drowning...I was unorganized, tired, and anxiety-ridden all the time. I was a hot mess.
So one day my daughter’s bestie’s mom reached out to me about the health and fitness group she lead. I was skeptical, but I thought what the hell, went all in and it’s changed everything.
I realized that the key to self-love is self-care and once I started to fill my cup every day with my morning workout and healthy foods – the rest started falling into place. My life is still a circus most days as I’m juggling all the things, but the difference now is I’m thriving, not just surviving.
These groups are about so much more than losing weight or getting the six pack abs. This is about loving and honoring yourself, being proud of what you can accomplish, setting goals and CRUSHING them – and doing it all with the support of the most badass tribe EVER.
Hey guys! I am 25 years old and an OB nurse in Richland, WA. I love spending time with family on my time off and we enjoy the outdoors including fishing and hunting!
I started my journey with Beachbody in March of 2018. I was at my heaviest weight EVER and did not recognize myself when I looked in the mirror. With my wedding approaching I was determined to find a system that worked, and I found that in Beachbody. By following the workout programs and meal plan I was able to lose 20 pounds before my wedding and feel comfortable in my own skin again. Even though I knew that these programs worked, I was not doing them consistently and began looking for more accountability.
I became a Beachbody coach in November, and in that have found the most accountability. Now I am not only showing up for myself each and every day, but also everyone who is watching me and counting on me for their own support. I coach because I am determined to live a happy and healthy life and want to show others that they can do the same thing!
